That looks suspicious to me.
"so it is a parts car" spells irreparable title damage to me. It sure looks like it could be fixed with some time and junkyard parts, which would put it back on the road for way less than book value. So I assume there is a nonobvious reason that's not being done.
I live in GA. There is no such thing as "irrepairable title damage". 
Sounds like someone tried to Rally Jump mom's Subie. 
I tried to contact him yesterday, but haven't gotten a response. I need set of wheels and tires, plus I have a friend with a very worn out 2002, so I figured we could do something with the two of them.
If this ad was legit, I doubt that the car lasted very long.
Probably my favorite body style. To many projects so I did not call on it. If I had the time at the moment I would be all over that. IF it is not gone yet I bet title issues. I also wonder what the other side of the car looks like.
