An EJ25 in an Outback Sport - NOT bloody likely. First of all it's got an open front diff. Second unless it's on ice, snow or dirt, not enough power.

The fact that the aftermarket filter isn't isolated so it's getting hot air, not cold air. I bet the original set up provides more power.

Even on dirt and snow, not enough power. That is why they make such easy cars to drive, the chassis dynamics are okay and you can't go fast enough to get into trouble.

Well, you can get into trouble with them, but it does take some doing. We had somebody totally wreck one at a rallycross.
