titles can be had, depending on what state you live in. places like TX do bonded titles. in WV youre screwed. The whole thing screams "I don't legally own this vehicle." Why the hell would you take a fourth or fifth of book value when if you legally owned it, you could just get a legal title and make maybe $3k more?
btw the paint doesn't match up on the drivers door and 1/4. could be bad photo but could be respray.

Oh, it's a respray. If you look at that 1/4 panel, it's hammered out from being smashed in, and is wrinkly as all hell. This car was undoubtably a totalled car that has been partially (and badly) rebuilt.

Ditto, for that price though I would just keep my 5 speed. Why so far away??
Did a "Wisconsin Plate Look-up", plate "765 SPH" belongs to a 2005 Chevrolet
Interesting!! Does WI have two plates or just a rear plate like shown here?

The rear plate should also have some stickers for expiration date.

Wisconsin has F/R plates.
In reply to JohnRW1621:
I bet it was probably stolen off the front of the Chevy and thrown on the Celica
Well someone buy it and I will give you 1k for the motor (assuming good compression and such). Then you have an entire car to part for free!

Why would someone not have a title for this car? If they lost it, it shouldn't be hard for them to get another one. Just makes me wonder, seems shady.
