Always liked Cortina's, especially the MK I's. Still have a Corgi toy car of a MK I Cortina from when I was a kid. Sadly, no room or $ and too far. Just got the estimate on a new roof for my house that is a necessity.

I got the Anglia and the Cortina confused in my head for a moment there.

Wait, they sold Cortinas in the US? Or did someone gray-market them here?

We received lotus cortinas. Not sure about Ford, but you can import them as they are more than 25 years old. Maybe from canada?

cant get over how many design cues the cortina wagon shares with the MGB-GT I have (not my GT pictured, but mine is quite similar).

I know that they were sold by some Ford dealers back in the 60's. I don't know about the HP models but the 4dr sedan, 2 dr, and wagon were all sold here with the 1.6L Kent. I have some old "Ford Times" magazines with stories that featured these cars.

Unfortunately he is not selling one, he is selling three.

Yep. I see. Thats even worse, though. Someone could part two cars and end up w/ a free one.

If anyone snags them, I will buy their least favorite one from them.

Super cool deal ! The early Mk1's had a 1500cc at first but these have the Kent 1600's GT's back then actually meant something ie: factory headers , Webers , different head etc. A must have for a Brit Ford geek....
