Just cause it doesn't have title doesn't mean it is stolen. You can check if it is with the VIN number.

You could always do a conversion, or just run an autotrajic.

Worse than no title- listing says "lien". That means that if you apply for a lost title in Indiana, you need to pay off the lien first. Probably the same in most states.

Lien is probably where the title is.
