I bought this car and a parts car from a local grassroots member, and I've decided it's in the car's best interests to no longer be in my possession. It would be a good basis for a V8 swap, and would be a good rallycross car. The motor will run for a moment on starting fluid, but I can't seem to get gas into the chambers.
The car will need to be towed. There is very minimal rust. Included in the price is a full 5 lug swap and a turbo II LSD from a parts car.
I just want this stuff gone. I'm trying to raise money to start a side business that I hope to grow into a full time business so I can leave the soul sucking life that is a call center worker.
I'll take trades, I really want a small car trailer. Pretty does nothing for me, but solid is everything. I can fix wheel bearings and stuff, but if I have a frame and axles, I can do something with it.
Price is $400 firm. That buys the car, the 5 lug swap, 3 5 lug wheels (unmatched), an LSD from a Turbo II, and an awesome rallycross beater. I also have a spare 5 speed transmission that will go with if it doesn't sell first.

Where are you located at? I have one just like this here that i am using for a swap, but this one looks like it is in better shape, and has the 5 lug and the rear i need anyway. I am located in PA about an hour west of phily.
I'm in Palatka, FL. I'm about an hour away from where the Challenge is hosted, so you might possibly be able to arrange for transport that way.
I know. It's a good deal for anyone that wants one of these cheap and can pick it up.

I REALLY don't need another RX7 but I do have a small car trailer for sale. How small is ok? Mine is an all steel single sliding axle trailer that is perfect for a small import. I had a GLC on it and it towed great. Let me know if are interested.
If it's big enough to haul an RX7, it's big enough for me. The car I'll be towing on it is about the same size as an RX7, but is a little lighter. If you're making an offer to trade the RX7 for the trailer, I think we might have a deal. Keep in mind that I'm probably 3 hours away from you.

damn /i do really want this, for a 2012 car it would be perfect. I have no trailer, nor a truck. lol
anyone going down to the challenge want to make a little money picking this up, if you have to go by hickory nc? or I will actually hopefully be in charlotte by then, which would be more accessible on a route north from florida..

Keep in mind that if you want the spare parts that are still attached to the parts car, I may need some time to pull them. I just haven't had the time with selling off a wrecked BMW, fixing my Jeep, keeping up on as much of the house work as possible, and working to actually pull the parts. I can't imagine it would take an incredibly long amount of time with a helper, but do plan on either lending a hand or providing beer to someone else to lend a hand.
