1963, yes. Impala? Don't think so. Impala front fender side trim and taillight panel trim missing. Possibly Bel Air, more likely Biscayne.

Looks like a fun project once you get past the rot.

After seeing the hood edge and the trim hanging off I don't think any panel is good. But you guys are more forgiving.
