I think this guy is using Barn find in correct context. Not a pile of rust with just a few identifiable parts, but a complete, restorable vehicle at a realistic price.
If I had $550 in toy money I would have already called out of work and been on my way to get it.
With the title, that'd be the right money. It's an allstate, not a vespa. And It needs everything! It's neat but certainly not $550 neat. Now, with a title.....

Yep, and if it were closer I'd definitely consider it. It's already making the rounds in the Allstate FB page too :)
My first bike was a '65 that looked almost exactly like that. It's also more than likely a 4-speed motor vs the earlier 3-speed.

You honestly think its worth 550 with no title and a locked motor along with needing attention on every part.
