Wish I had the money.

That seems unusually cheap. I wonder how much the missing rear window has to do with that low price...
In reply to Woody:
Rear windows are unobtainium. If you can find one, it will be about $2000. Or you can have a plexiglass repro shipped from England for around $1500 plus shipping.
Ouch....I've always wanted one of these (as you may remember Jim...).
Probably not too many parts cars around either.
The only thing that draws me towards a TVR is there is a strong club presence in my area, so knowledge and (possibly) parts would be easier to source. Other than that... Hmm...
Having had many frustrations finding certain parts for a Triumph GT6 (which still have a reasonable amount of parts floating around for fairly cheap), I couldn't even imagine trying to get parts for a TVR, which are about a thousand times rarer than a GT6, which is pretty uncommon in the first place......

Other than a few items, like the rear window and chrome bumpers (rubber bumpers are available), most parts are very easy to source. There are a couple TVR suppliers here in the states and quite a few in the UK. Places like Moss Motors and The Roadster Factory carry all the TR-6 stuff.
The real issue with restoring a TVR is that you'll likely be financially upside down in the end, so you should only do it if you plan on keeping the car long term.
