I love those gauges. Well the whole car actually. Looks like it's got some rust issues 
there is definitely significant rust, I wonder how much goes all the way through , Volvos have thick enough metal that rust repair on them isn't incredibly difficult to patch.

That is a Volvo R-sport gauge package and I think they go for about $500 used, over on TBricks.
That's a parts car! Find a cleaner, less rusty Volvo 240-242 and swap the good parts over. I would not bother fixing that much rust. And that's only what's in the pictures!

Too bad, love the way those look. But the amount of visible rust there scares the E36 M3 out of me about how much there must be unseen.....
