Wonder if the parts car has all the stuff needed to make the orange one more of a street/track car vs a completely gutted track car...

Depends on if you are going for correct or simply streetable complete. Coreect can be tough as Rocco's have some more rare bits. Complete is easy as the vast majority of mk1, mk2, and mk3 bits are transferrable. Please do something about this so it doesn't continue to haunt me.
