'82 Honda XL250R. 69XX miles on odometer. Haven't ridden for quite a few years now, ran when parked. Engine turns freely. Cables good.

Ding in tank otherwise needs buffed out. Tank still had fuel in it, no rust. Scratches as you would expect. Two tears in seat as shown.
What it needs AFAIK: Air cleaner foam filter, both control levers, grips, chain and sprockets, carb spigot broke removing carb, carb needs cleaned/ rebuilt, remove turn signals or replace, speedo needs a bezel, rear brake lever on hub froze... wheel turns free tho, headlamp bucket missing threaded insert... I would just TIG two new nuts in the housing, needs battery, missing rear brake light/ license mount. Think I have this and the mirrors... dunno yet. Have Pa. title, AFAIK never been licensed.
Cleaned up pretty well, needs more detail if yur like me. Can't start another project, need to move. If there's any interest I'll hold for a while. Co-worker may look tomorrow. Lemme know, I'll put him off.

No, but if I was 25 years younger I'd deliver it by riding a wheelie from WV down to Florida, using 2 gallons of gas. I'm older now and keep two wheels on the ground: always while riding motorcycles, usually while driving cars.
Where are we at with this (and Apis' bike)? Spoken for or not? I may be dumb enough to buy this.

I'm interested but distance means I couldn't get there until July 15 or after (vacation coming up). Can't this weekend as I'm instructing an HPDE at Pocono. This looks like a really fun project.

I hate to piggyback on another dude's fer sale, but if anyone is interested in mine, it's best to send me a message. Mine is in a cocoon between the back halves of a Porsche 906 and 910. Though big, they're lightweight; should be easy to move. I'll try to get pictures in the next few days.
Co-worker may look at my bike later this week. I think he's gonna try to low ball me though.
I priced this bike that low to move it fast, not as a statement of it's condition. Somebody gonna make some money on this w/ parts and time.
