Price seems too good to be true, especially if the modifications are done as well as the ad makes it seem, but I guess it does have salvage title and the ad describes some other issues. Still, looks like it has Challenge potential written all over it.

Unless the headlights were swapped it's an 86/87. I think the 86 and 87 had different sideskirts (which this on has) as well.
In any case, that is an absolutely screaming deal if it's real.

It looked sketchy to me too, except that it's a pretty well detailed ad and I guess the price isn't that ridiculously low considering a title issue and clutch problems rendering it not driveable. Dunno. I'd be looking into it if I was a Honda person

It's a project for sure, but one with a lot of potential, especially considering the engine swap and turbo.
