I might know the guy that built this back in the day. He moved here from California. I should text him and see if it's his car. He wouldn't be the seller since the seller says he doesn't know the condition of the engine.
If its rust free in OH it had to come from somewhere else.
I texted him to see if it's his. Haven't heard back. Maybe he's sad to see it with the interior stripped.
