This car was raced for several years in the GBRS road racing series at No Problem Raceway (NPR), now known as "Circuit at Grand Bayou" in Belle Rose, La. 13B injected, 5-speed, nice 6-point roll cage, fully gutted, Kirkey aluminum seat, aluminum radiator, Eibach sway bars, shortened springs, rear toe-steer eliminators, header, Supertrapp muffler, Team Dynamics wheels w/Azenis, Hawk brake pads.
Parts/Spares included: (2) 5-speed transmissions (1) 13B engine from ’87 RX7 w/intake and exhaust. Turns freely, but I don’t know whether it’ll run as-is. I got it from a guy who pulled it to do a V8 conversion. (1) stock radiator (1) aluminum radiator (1) differential (1) stock clutch and flywheel (1) oil cooler (1) steering rack (1) set of 5-lug hubs and big brakes from a Turbo II (1) set of Borbet 4-lug alloy wheels (1) set of RX7 GTU 5-lug alloy wheels (1) front suspension (struts/springs/LCA’s etc) (1) rear suspension (struts/springs etc) (1) front subframe (1) 4” Borla stainless steel muffler and misc 4” exhaust pipe pieces (1) alternator (1) instrument cluster (1) starter (1) box of misc small parts
The car was raced extensively in the yellow and red brackets ("run what you brung" class) at NPR. It ran pretty consistently in the 1:25 – 1:27 lap time range. The car was competitive against PCA 944’s, Spec Miatas, ITA CRX’s and cars of similar performance. The previous owner rebuilt the engine several years ago, but parked the car about two years ago. The car runs, drives and stops, but it is very difficult to start because of low compression. I was planning on replacing the present engine with a street-port engine, but have lost interest in this project. The car currently has base-model 4-lug hubs and brakes, but I have the pieces to convert it to the 5-lug hubs and big brakes from a Turbo II.
Price: $1700 with all the above listed spares. The price is negotiable if you don’t want all the spares.
The car is located in Covington, LA.
I've also got it listed on Craigslist, including a few photos, here:

As noted above, the car ran in a "run what you brung" group. It could be made ITS legal without too much hassle by putting some items such as headlights back on.
(Note: This car is not street legal, and will be sold with a bill of sale only.)
