Dunno how much luck you would have driving to the challenge with a knocking engine.
In good running condition, that car could probably eke out low 14s in the quarter, and go like stink through the autox.
One of these day's I'm going to break down and buy another neon....one of these days. I WANTED the grm project car last september, just didn't have the funds at that time. Wonder what ever happened to it?
