Thanks Tom! Guess I shouldn't have deleted my original post....

Oh, and Keith - thanks!!!! Yes, the upper hose is leaking right behind the engine. It's also kind of stretchy, compared to the other one, so hopefully I can limp it the 50-miles home tonight. I don't suppose you guys sell those parts?

As a matter of fact, we do! Although you'll be able to get one faster from your local dealer.

We usually replace them whenever we have an engine out. I'd recommend cutting the old one off instead of mangling the soft heater outlets poking through the firewall.

If it does blow up, you can usually disconnect the good hose from the heater and loop it to the back of the head, bypassing the heater and getting you home.

I do have to say I liked triumph5's solution
