Basically, if it's not worth that much as a roller, I'll fix it. But if it is worth it as a roller, then I need to save some cash for a down payment on a house...
What is the complete package? I understand the engine is out, but does it come with the car? Mileage? Color combination? Is the clear pealing or is it rusty when you say needs paint? Needs brakes it that a normal brake job or are they seized/master cylinder/rusty lines? You said "depending on parts included" what exactly is that.
On here, details help you. Especially a $1200 Answer that is listed as a roller when a Craigslist find of a running Answer for a similar price. Come on give us the dirt!

Alright, alright. Can include the engine, and trans. 142k miles. Brakes: Needs pads and rotors all around.
Possible parts included: 04 miata shocks and springs (20K miles), bought off GRM to put on this, need the top hat conversion to fit.

Would love to be going a conversion, v6 or v8, but that's out of my price range right now. (yes, I know.)
@SVrex, How much $$$? And I'm in PA, so what's shopping. I found a 1.8 3 hours from me for $600, so if you can ship yours to be for less, I'd be down with that.
