1999 Saab 9-5 station wagon, 130,000 miles. The car is in great shape, zero accidents, and there has always been regular upkeep of the car. Gas mileage is 30 miles to the gallon via highway 27 city. If you would like to see more pictures or look at the car please e-mail me via the craigslist email. Thanks!
Damn...anyone heading from FL to PA anytime soon??
I used to be a CL addict and live in Jacksonville so would also scan the Gainesville CL, but I missed this one. I have also been considering a wagon and had hoped for one with a 4 cylinder and manual trans....but haven't been holding my breathe.
Klayfish, I live in Jacksonville and often travel to Pa. to visit my family, if you are seriously considering this car I could drive it to Pa. for you for 50% of the gas money.
Yeah, I'm in the same boat when it comes to wagons. I had kinda lost hope for anything besides a Saturn. Found this and was like do want! but I'm recovering from Christmas and I'm determined to be caught up by the end of the month.
that said I'm local to it, and I'm willing to give it a once over if someone wants to give me pointers on saab specific stuff to look for.
Ad doesn't mention if the A/C works, but that may just be an oversight. Ad does say it was regularly maintained, yet that engine compartment looks kind of dusty(?) like no one has been near it in awhile.
I would be more interested for my own purchase if the car wasn't black and the interior wasn't black leather. That's normally a sharp combo, but here in Fl. it's a real heat absorber.

So how far away from you is the car? Sorry, I'm not a FL native, so I don't know if it's close to you or far? It certainly is tempting...
Anyone thinking about this car talk a look at this thread for what to look for:

klayfish,
Gainesville is about an hour and a half drive from Jacksonville. I'm currently "semi-retired" so time to go look this car over and/or drive it to Pa. is no real problem.
I emailed on it after lunch - no reply yet.
