Another Gainesville wagon (BMW)

Went over to look at the latest on the Gainesville CL after seeing the Saab posted here. I found this 5(?) series wagon listed for $1800. Ad doesn't show price, but the header in CL has price as $1800. Ad is pretty sketchy (what else is new?) but if you are good with BMWs and want a nice(looking) wagon, this might interest you.

As always, absolutely no connections to the seller/owner of car in ad.

Old BMW with stated electrical problems where the upside is that it runs, and a deal that fell through already? My bravery has some limits.....

That would be two pickup toppers sitting on top of MGs.

That bronco looks decent, those are worth a bit if they are nice.

1) An E39 Wagon that looks like it's in good shape for $1800 scares me.

2) An E39 Wagon that looks like it's in good shape that is "running", but has electrical problems REALLY scares me.

And I really want an E39 Wagon.
