BMW S54/S52 to ZF 5 speed 5.5" twin disk racing clutch kit

I'm selling a brand new, never installed super lightweight racing-only setup for S54/S52 to ZF 5speed trans. It may work for other BMW engines but it was spec'd for an S54 racing project I decided to go a different direction with. The rules won't allow me to sneak it in... so it has to go. The whole package new is $2k + plus the QM machine work to fit the flywheel to the flex plate. I'm keeping the TO bearing ($300)... so... $1150 obo?

Quarter Master 5.5" twin disk V Drive clutch
Quarter Master 5.5" button flywheel
S54 automatic flex plate machined to accept button flywheel
Bronze rally clutch pucks (tolerate slippage for moving around paddock)
VAC VAC billet Tri Lite Throw out bearing to ZF adapter
Requires NOT INCLUDED Tilton 44mm TO bearing part # 61-302) ($300 or so) and Quarter Master flywheel to crank bolts ($25)

Wow, talk about a niche market!

So besides working on an S54, this would also work on an S52 with the factory ZF?
