When I was a youngster a man in town had a bike that had been made into a scooter/moped somewhat like that, only it was done right. He rode that thing all over the place for years.

Rear tire won't last more than a few months with regular use...Even looks solid, not an inflatable. Or maybe I'm missing the point and that tiny tire rides against a conventional rear tire, thus transmitting power--though doens't look like it. Hope the buyer's health insurance is paid up.

We have that same scooter (or one very similar) as a pit bike. However, ours has the same wheel front and back and a much taller seat post and bars (i.e. it's stock). It does have a bigger motor on it and is absolutely terrifying to ride. Tiny wheels, 45mph, and zero directional stability. I'm not really sure what the bicycle front wheel is supposed to do for that thing, but it can't be anything good.

The frame on ours needs to be welded up, the massive torque from the weedwhacker motor broke the mounts.
