I am hoping my shameless plug/offer for challenge cars isn't against any of the rules, but here it goes.

Just throwing it out there for fellow GRMer's a friend and I are starting a small side shop doing powder coating and composites work (6 Proton Engineering). We are located in Jacksonville FL and ran the V8 Morris last year.

If anyone needs work done on their challenge car we would be happy to help (for challenge cars, we can try to be challenge friendly on pricing, but carbon fiber can get pricey for materials). Our finish quality on the carbon parts is not 100% yet, so not ready to do cosmetics for a Ferrari but for a track car we can make things that work :). Right now we can powder coat up to a 16" rim and are hoping in the next 4-6 weeks to have an oven that can fit a block.

Please let me know if we can help

thanks,

Tripp

You might want to market to the karting community on powder coating chassis.

Thanks trigun!
We had thought of trying carbon parts for them but not on the chassis. That is a good market (especially with a track in Jax) once we have the bigger oven going. Much appreciated
