Yep, it's the original 4-suction-cup Stickypod. Because back when cameras were big, they needed something beefy to keep them from flying off the car!
It's in good shape...the suction cups aren't damaged or anything, and should work just fine. I used this several years back to mount a big heavy camcorder ont he roof for autocross and it worked great. The top mount is a lockable swivel with screw-in for the bottom of the camera.
So make a lowball offer! Local to DC area you can come pick up (swap for a bottle of Capt Morgans, some Mechanix gloves in good shape, a box of nitrile gloves (size large), or 2 12-packs of Dr.Pepper!). Or I'll ship the cheapest way possible. PM me if interested...
