Dear God almighty. Did somebody change the spelling of brakes to breaks and not tell me?
I love it when people say their truck needs breaks. "This thing will pull 30k lbs up a 15 degree slope no issue, but it needs breaks.", This Dodge needs breaks but pulls all my friends Ford's and Chevy's backwards.
You mean to tell me you stop every mile or two to give the truck a breather?
May or may not smell like wet dog in the cabin...

I'm more surprised that it isn't completely rusted in half......
Bonus points if you bring the 4x4 with the V10 into whatever car that receives this swap...
