Not mine, wish it was.

Test drove one of those when I was 18 from a dinky used car lot. Didn't think much of it till I accidentally vaporized the inside tire on a turn.
If its not rusty its probably not that scary. They arent real reliable or well made, and many of the stock parts are long discontinued, but there are enough parts from other cars that are similar you could keep one on the road if you wanted. Red ones are a little more common than some, blue one are the most unusual I think.
Must... resist...
If'n it were mine, anything broken or worn would be upgraded to Neon-scavenged bits. Like everything mechanical ahead of the firewall. (Yeah, I know the Neon is a lot closer to K-car than L-body, but SCIENCE)
I wonder if it actually is a turbo, or the seller assumes Shelby=turbo and doesn't know to check. Ran into that before.
Such a good deal! A collectable Shelby with spare interior, turbo, motor and trans for $800 how is that still for sale?!
If it's anything like my Eclipse, than the undercarriage must look like it was on the bottom of the Atlantic for a couple of decades.
Shouldn't the turbo have a bulge on the hood?,I remember riding with my dad testing one of these when they came out-he bought the laser instead which I always regreted as did he.
