I learned how to drive in my sister's 1200 sedan...such cool little cars.

The basis for a neat little car, and as far as I'm concerned, Nissan's best small car effort in the U.S. until the B13 Sentra came along. When they were new, it seems that most were painted "butterscotch" or that very pale shade of green that Datsun painted every car and even their truck....so "factory" red is a bit of a novelty.

Would love to buy it (but thank gawd it's too far away) and put a SR20 in it.

BTW, in other markets these came as 4 door sedans (I think we got the 2 door sedan, a sort of mini 510?) and as 3 door station wagons.
