Cleaning garage - '89 Mustang + spares

Ok, I've got an '89 Mustang that I bought with the plans to do LeMons/Chumpcar with, but I've got too many projects & not enough time. Car is a 5 speed/4 cyl car hatchback car. The head has dropped a valve, but I've got 2 twin spark motors + wiring harness to swap into the car. I've also got 3 sets of wheels, 1 set of ponys, one set of 14" turbine wheels & a set of aftermarket alloys. Spare doors, fenders, hatch. GT springs. Esslinger header. Boxes of random miscellaneous parts, some V8, some V6, some 4 cyl. Brand new set of Clevite lifters. Set of 19# stock injectors from a 302 car. Set of 36# injectors that have been cleaned & flow tested for a V8 car, bought the set & thought I might later do a ghetto turbo set-up on the car. Auto tranny, no idea on condition. I'd like $800 for the entire lot. Will break it down on a receipt however you would like. Can even help with delivery. A few things that I am looking for & would be willing to trade towards: Miata cat-back exhaust for a 1.6 car, set of good adjustable shocks for an NA Miata, good top on frame for an NA Miata, Jackson Racing cold air intake for 1.6, aluminum flywheel for 1.6. Not sure what else I would be interested in, but open to offers No pics yet, just made the decision to see if there was any interest and try to get rid of this car. Located in Chatsworth, GA, approximately 30 miles south of TN line and 90 miles north of Atlanta.

How much for the 14" turbines shipped to 08062. We have a need for just such wheels!

Let me check tomorrow when I get to work & see what Fedex ground would charge. We get a pretty decent discount, so shouldn't be too much I wouldn't think. Can you shoot me an e-mail, hoserracing (at) gmail (dot) com? They have tires on them right now, I can get them dismounted pretty cheaply, then ship them up to you.

BTW, just found a carb intake that I had bought to go with it, set-up for a 4 barrel holley, and found a stock 4 plug motor as well. I've got all accessories for the 4 plug & 8 plug motors as well.

This seems like one heck of a deal. If it's still around Friday when I get back, I'd like to come take a look.

Looks pretty good. Was going to get pics today for Egghead, but forgot I was supposed to take my son to my sister's for spring break "camp" Will try to get them tomorrow.

No love? Picked up some shocks for the Miata, but now also looking for a header for a 1.8 NA as well. If you want to have some fun in the under $1k class, this is a good place to start!

I'm also looking for a race seat with a 20' layback angle, some 15x7 4x100 wheels, pair of 2nd gen RX-7 doors with manual windows in good condition. Also willing to throw some boot towards a T56 in good condition for trade.

Sorry, man. I was just looking at my schedule for the next eternity, and there's no way I'll have time to work on anything any time soon. I barely find time to change the oil anymore. Good luck, though!

I'm saving money as fast as I can! I did find an e23 745i last week that is non-running, on four flats, no back glass, not too horrible interior or exterior at a redneck detailing shop last week, but I couldn't bring myself to do anything but restore a rare car like that, this, on the other hand, could be fun!

Bump. Doing some cleaning in the shop, almost ready to sell the car for scrap & evil-bay the good parts. Still need a 1.6 exhaust, a good set of NA shocks (would love some Illuminas!), good condition top on frame, also interested in a cage for an NA Miata. Somebody? Anybody?

You didn't list any of the following as items you where looking for but........I have:

Set of 13x7 American Racing wheels in 4x100 bolt pattern, Set of 205/60/13 tires that would be good for challenge use, Set of 14" sport compact drag slicks

Wanna work out a trade?

I'm really just looking for something to start working on for the $2012 chanllenge and don't really have funds to get started right now.

P.S. Also have homebrew if that sways your decision.

Already put on the 1.8 brakes on the car, so don't think the 13x7's will work Wait, might have an idea - anyone know if 13x7's will work on an '86 Audi 4000S? What brand are the 205/60/13s, and how much tread is left on them?

Yokahomas I think. I'll dig them out and check how much thread is left. They're race rubber. (Just in case you were thinking road use)
