There are a couple of them around here. It's another one of those vehicles that I never liked when they were everywhere, but I love them now.

I've posted this picture before, but make mine an A100:

I had one years ago and it's one of the few vehicles I consistently daydream about getting back. (Or, more likely, getting a different one.) A friend of mine really wanted it and talked me out of it. That's good actually because he had a garage and I didn't at the time.

Something about the front end of the Dodge and the side contours makes me like them a lot more. Ordinarily I would pick a Ford any day, and my A100 was Ford powered, but the A100 just looks so very much cooler.

My FIL has a 61ish? maybe it's a 64, looks just like that one, but Econotruck that he's restoring as a work truck.

In the mid '70s I was overseas (in Spain) courtesy of the U.S. Navy and saw one of these get hit by another vehicle at an intersection on base (at a not very high speed) and the Econoline pickup did a 180 degree flip onto it's roof and slid a few feet down the road. No one was seriously hurt.
