This could be one hell of a deal for $20XX challange car (especially since you could sell of the spares for a $$$$)
I'm really considering bidding on this even though I already have too much swift stuff and no need for an ITB swift.

If there were an easy way to make her road legal, and I had my settlement... Bonus is that the wife used to dd a Swift GTI, and said "that's nice, can it be easily made road legal?"
I've probably got a set of head and tail lights...

Depending on your location, it may already be street legal. It has a clean title, working headlights, tail lights, brake lights, windshield wipers, and horn.
For PA, I could register it, insure it, and drive it, but I wouldn't be able to inspect it because it has no stock seatbelts, no catalytic converter, no parking brake, no speedometer/odometer, and no "self cancel" feature for the turn signals (but the signals DO work). Also, there is no functional steering wheel lock.
