  1. If it's really a Euro S, then it's interference, which = engine is boned.

  2. Euro S's were stupid rare with the auto.

5.0 32v was the US spec engine for 85 - rest of world still had the 4.7 16v (non-interference and around 310 hp) as standard.

Falls into the category - if it's so easy, why wouldn't the owner just get it running and have a 3-4k car instead of a 1k car?
