I need to clear this out of the garage. Good condition. $100 obo
Wait do you go to the challenge? If so, maybe I could have one of the local teams around here pick it up for me.

Sure do. I will just be spectating this year, but would gladly take it to the event for you.
I had one of these for sale for a year. It was in very good condition, too. There was some interest here, but shipping is hard for something like this- they are not terribly sturdy and will bend if they are mistreated.

I've got it listed on rx7club.com and CL too. Hopefully I can find a local buyer.
The weight savings are pretty good, too. I think that all turbo model hoods are aluminum, also. Turbos all have also have the hood scoop in them.

That's right. The turbo cars and 'verts both came with aluminum hoods. The turbo hoods have the scoop, the 'vert hoods do not. Lots of folks who do V8 conversions on FCs like the 'vert hood because it's lighter, but does not have the scoop.
On a somewhat related note, it looks like there may be transport headed north to Atlanta this Friday. I imagine the hood could go along for the ride.
I have actually owned a STEEL turbo hood.
Think of this post as a free bump.
And if you were closer, I would snatch that in a second!

the steel hood is incredibly heavy. I took 15 pounds out of mine by chopping the webbing and it's still at least 25 pounds.
