It looks like a fiberglass front clip. The shot of the interior shows a conventional looking structure in the right rear quarter,doesn't it?

Yep, just the front clip, the rest is standard ghia stuff. You can see the spotwelds in the windshield frame

I had thought that the door jamb looked like glass too, but I guess that it was just painted over.
