He must have used strutmasters for the coil conversion, they seem to love the old muscle car rake.

Hey Jed, I think that you need another Lincoln. I've now been living in Peoria for 2 months, and visiting there at least 1/2 of the week for 6, with somewhat regular trips to Pekin, and I still have yet to see your cars.
Karl, any more info on this? Miles, work needed, cancer, tires, paint, etc? An additional photos, interior, under hood, etc.? Any evidence of previous accidents? What year is it?
this thing is super solid 125 k i think guy has nice book on it of all maintenace since ownership. Was picking it up and seen neighbor he said guy loved the thing and it was his baby . Old guy died and it was in the garage . AC cold Power seats , awesome tires aluminum rims . 4 shock conversion clean title . I would rock this if I did not have so many cars to rock .

I live on a cul-de-sac so they're kind of tucked away. Ol' blue will be ripping out of Pekin, across the bridge and into Bartonville in about 10 minutes or so. Time to go to work!
Guy down the street from me has three of those in his driveway. Seems he had one, it broke so he bought another, it broke so he bought a third, it broke so he bought a Taurus. Told me he'd take $1000 for all three. One has the 4.6, one has a 302 and don't know what's in the third one. Pretty sure the first 2 also had limited slip rear ends.

The one with the 4.6 is either a Mark VIII or someone swapped it in, these were only offered with the pushrod 5.0 or a BMW derived 2.4 diesel.
I would snag them before they go to the crusher. It's most likely a problem with one of three things; the air suspension, the brakes or the transmission.
Malfunctioning air suspension = swap in coils <$300
Brake issues = replace leaking calipers or, if it's TEVES related, swap it to a booster/master cylinder setup. Calipers are around $30 each. I don't remember how much I gave for my brake setup, I snagged it along with a seat and a fan for $35.87 on half price Wednesday.
Transmission = There's a high probability that the t/v cable popped off of the throttle body and toasted overdrive. Buy a few bushings, I bought a 3 pack for <$10, install one and drive it.
Whichever way you slice it you could be well on your way to a cheap, driving project or 3.
If they were local to me I'd snag them and start my own Mark VII resurrection franchise.

Seriously. 3 cars for a grand?
Done!
Could you do me a favor and find out if one of them is a GTC?

Sorry for the hijack, Karl.
