For Sale , Shifter Kart Since my step son will be soon getting his drivers license, he will be autocrossing a car next season, so we don't need the shifter kart. The kart is a 2003 GP chassis, that I put a 150cc four stroke dirt bike motor on, so it won't be a nationals kart, but it is a great starter kart. It being a four stroke it actually has low end torque, which means it's easy to learn clutch control, and it's not too picky about what gear you use, and it will idle unlike every two stoke I have seen. The bike engine came off a Chinese Honda clone dirt bike, I bought the bike new just for the engine. I didn't modify the kart in anyway that you couldn't change if you wanted to run another engine.

The kart comes with a stand, cover, spare tires and spare parts, all for $1000.00

I am not sure about the GP 10. It has a 50mm axle if that helps. Here is a pic of the chassis.

I need the garage space. Surely some one wants to kart, but wants to go faster than a 5hp B&S kart.
