I have a 90 Miata engine that needs to be gone. It has been outside for the last year or so, not sure how well it would work but it ran (supposedly) when the car was parked. It had a few pump failure several years back, psteav got the car, I bought it off him, took the cradles out of the car, chopped it up and now here we are. It is still attached to the front cradle and transmission. I will sell the transmission for cheap but that is probably still valuable. Anyway, its in Columbia, MO.
Saying it again. Free, complete 90 Miata engine that ran when parked. Come and get it out of my driveway.

I really want to take you up on this but it looks like you are too far from Chicago (especially with my crunch on time to complete my challenge project).
If you still have it after the challenge I would be there the saturday after, and I would buy the 5 speed that goes along with it, but that's two months from now.

Mike, how does a $100 for the whole mess sound? (I do realize that I already said that the 1.6L is free but a man can dream). I have a cherry picker right next to the engine so if you yank out the bolts, we can dump it on a trailer or truck pretty easy.
