I hope this is an appropriate listing. The last couple of weeks on Craigslist this guy has run "illness forces closing" ads on his metal fab shop. Says he'll take any offer at this point. Back in the day they called it Port Fierce for good reason. I'm too old to have that much fun these days. I have, so far, talked myself out of rolling that 2000 lb slab of fab (table) into my 2 car garage but there is always tomorrow. It is seldom too late for a good bad decision.
I kinda want to party down there now lol.
