Whew... a lot of potential there... but a lot of work as well. I thought these all had Olds engines? But not uncommon for CL sellers to not really know what they have. The cost to move this thing pretty much limits it to local buyers.
Looks like a good project for aussie... he's got the room, is not too far away (I think?) and has the means to move it (CliFord?).
That far north, I'd check the frame over very closely. They were known for rusting. Replacements are available but that's a ton of money and work.
Last I looked, the air bags are NLA, though there are some aftermarket bag kits available. $$$$
That could be a fairly expensive RV by the time you are done.
