Not remotely as rare as you think. Honda did those alongside the 550/4 and 750/4. Only the very early 750/4 has real value. Having been an owner of a 1970 CB750 K0, I know. 69s are the holy grail. After that, they drop in half every year until you get to the 2500 mark. I've ridden a 350/4 (friend had one). Fun bike to spool up. Not nearly as sporty as you'd think but really neat.

I knew that CB 350cc/4S exsisted, but I've never seen one much less actually ridden one. I have ridden a CB 550F.

I think it's a little overpriced for a non-runner. The 400 Four is a much better bike compared to the 350. The 350 is rare, but not really that desirable.

If it had the 4 in 4 exhaust and non-repainted tank and fork pieces, etc., it wouldn't be bad but it needs so much for a restoration that it probably will never happen. That SOHC Honda is pretty easy to work on. From the small displacement bikes up the the 750/4, they are all pretty much the same.

Good point, and the 4-into-4 exhaust will cost you a pretty penny if you can find one in decent condition.
My bike mechanic has 3 of these. He loves them! One has a huge sissy bar.

Usually north of a grand. My favorite was for the CB750. If you bought one for a '71 it is 1/2 the price than for a k0 (1969-70). Only difference being the k0 has NO part number on it. So you pay 2x for them to do 1 less thing. Go figure.
I'm pretty sure my FIL has one of these in blue tucked away in his garage. Missing a side cover, but otherwise solid and "ran when parked"...20-some years ago.
I think that they only made the 350-Four for two years. It became the CB400F from 75-77. I owned both a 400F and a 550F for years. The 400F was cool and light, but very twitchy. The 550F was a much better motorcycle. They are seriously under appreciated.
Had one a long time ago, first street bike I had. I remember two things about it. It was heavy and it sounded awesome winding it out.

With a stock exhaust they sound like a watch at idle. Redline is 10K!
If you like high redlines, the early ninja 250 tops out at 15,500
I love the looks of those old CB's. I'd rock that in a heart beat!
