man, if that was a 2 door i'd be having you go pick it up for me. i love those.
when i was little my uncle had a 65 galaxie 500 LTD 2 door in that color with dark blue vinyl top and a 427 SOHC.

Two doors is only a welder away.
SOHC was an engine only offered in crates if I'm not mistaken. That was truly a rare bird! They made lots with the 427, but the 427 and the SOHC were two different animals. Worth huge $$$$$$ now.

his was a factory 352 car i believe, and he bought the engine around 1980 when muscle car parts weren't worth much.
i almost bought a 1966 factory 427 car about 15 years ago for a grand, that's one of the ones i kick myself over.
