924 turbo $1100

'78 320i $1500(not as nice as cutters though)

Toyota Corona Sedan $500
http://indianapolis.craigslist.org/cto/3597888208.html
Cosworth Vega $1050
http://indianapolis.craigslist.org/cto/3593683281.html
Goddamn you Paul.
I want all of those but the Porsche.
And think that an F2T would improve all of them.
wow I badly desire that Corona
The Cosworth is cool, but its always a bit troublesome when there's pictures of it still on the trailer and/or from the PO. Sure, maybe he bought it just to flip, or maybe he finally saw it in daylight and thought "Dear God, what have I done???"

Wouldn't anyone say that the next morning after purchasing a vega?

I think that car used to live near me. There was/is a guy around here who had a whole bunch of them. He made a thick plexiglass valve cover for one of them.
That must be the last Corona, of that vintage, here in the U.S. that has a manual transmission.
I like vintage Asian sedans, but would never be able to get behind the wheel as I am too tall.

Thanks for posting these. I sent the Corona link to a friend who is very interested in the rescue.

I figured someone would be interested. Corona's are exceptionally rare here in Indiana.

Cool, glad to hear that!!! Make him join up here, we'd probably all enjoy watching the salvation of it.

They seem to have a large number of oddball cars for sure. Especially Mercedes for some reason.

Our state is filled with hoarders of castaway cars from Louisville, St. Louis, Detroit, and Chicago.......of course I am.

I bought a very good running/driving Eagle Wagon for $70 from a good friend (he doubled his money, so maybe not TOO good of a friend). But then, mine didn't come with a test light already in position for the drive home, nor did it have mold and a bottle of urine in the back seat.

Ahh, now see......that's where the premium comes from.
I've found an orange wrapped in aluminum foil with what appeared to be a penny inside it before......iirc that was in the Shelby Daytona I scrapped.
