I love these, and there are very few left in the northeast in decent shape. Yet I get tormented by a guy in town that has 3 of them.

I think you should. Provided the frame is in decent shape, that is a very fair buy it now price.
That thing is sweet. Too bad I live in the land of rust and have no legit need for it.
