At 200k, I would think the real retail on that should be about half of the $1,900 the dealer is asking.
The body does look good. You don't see too many 5spds around anymore. I think the big issue with the pre-04 is to make sure it hasn't sludged up yet, and to get the updated PCV kit immediately. I agree though, 15 year old car with 208k, known sludger with (probably) no maintenance history = sub 1k.
