I just picked this up but now not sure it is the way I want to go.
I have one Kosei K1 in 15x7 +38 with a mounted 225/50/15 Kumbo V710. Both are brand spankin' new with zero miles. Tire has never been on the ground and wheel has never been bolted to the hub.

tire was $191 and wheel was $114. Mount and balance was $22, tax was $20 so 48% off new.
