the best kind of bad idea
I actually asked 3 times and three times she said no. I have been the boy who cried "I'll get rid of/slash fix 1 or more" of my derilect hulks of decrepitude and haven't.
totally not mine I'm totally unrelated.
Oh, so many dreams and so little time / money / skill.
This is totally not mine I'm totally unrelated, other than being in Pennsylvania and not being able to move.

I'm glad that isn't local. I have no money to waste on it right now.
And they were seriously expensive back in the day too.
The drivetrain is all off-the-shelf Ford stuff. It's the interior and exterior bits that are unobtainium. I'm guessing that's why the hood is all jacked up.
Yeah, I uh, "accidentally slipped" and hit the reply button.
So we'll see if I have to do this:
What's the worst that could happen?
I'm really hoping that you get this so we can watch it come back to life. I remember trying to convince my (much) older brother to buy one of these back when they were new.
Mother of God that is a hot mess, emphasis on hot. Please do it so I too can live vicariously through you.
No response received from seller.
Response received from wife.
Both as expected.
In case I don't post back here, know that I died in my sleep with visions of Tojiero-designed, SBF-powered bliss.

Whew. I saw this, and immediately came here to see if it was posted yet.
Someone buy this and save my marriage. I'm not even a Ford Guy, for Crissakes!
Hurray! Wife didn't kill me in my sleep last night! Also, no response from seller
Did they really make these things until 2003? And with a GM 6.0l at one point?

I remember a whole lot full of those behind an unlocked gate at Cars and Concepts in Brighton back in the late 80s. They were unlocked, my friends and I went out and sat in them. Our conclusion: Very fancy Bronco.
That's like a $50 SAAB. How can you not buy it?
email from seller was in my Spam.....
operation "I DARE you to divorce me!" begins.
I think she won't do anything so drastic, knowing that she would be responsible for half of my junk would just overwhelm her.
What the hell? Iveco diffs?
First I was like:

I think my wife has realized that it's less painful for her to accept that this is happening than to say "NO" and have me completely disregard her due to certain instincts being triggered in my Amygdala from exposure to unleaded gas fumes as a child.

You make it sound like that's a bad thing.
Boy do I feel like Mr. Massengill. I've spent all day being Luca di Montezemelo Jr., & now I'm buying a Laforza.
I can't believe I'm contemplating a "learn me" thread!
Not a done deal yet. I have implied right-of-first-refusal. Technically, wife has that, but......
This is my favorite future build thread.
