I had a Lancia when I lived in Italy. It had 270,000km on it and the only thing that never worked was the radio!

Anyone know what I should look for? He sent pictures, it's one of those why don't you vacuum and wash it before trying to sell it? Runs and drives but the rear brakes are locked up. Has some rust and the rear window is crappily repaired.
