And this Caravelle is pretty, but seems like it's probably not priced right. But I don't know these cars, so maybe I am off-base there. Edit: yeah, the last one on BaT was asking $8500, for a mint example with two parts cars included.

Holy sweetness. So glad that isn't near Huntsville!
As far as the 505 goes, I can understand that sometimes folks don't have a camera (I had one, but the battery holder broke on it) but the ad is really light on info about the car. Any/how much rust? If it was driveable at the time of purchase...what happened that it wasn't being used? And as always: which f...ing transmission does it have? That is often important to buyers.
The Caravelle? I actually saw a movie this past week where the "heroine" drove a Caravelle, a copper colored one. To me, because of their similarity to a Fiat 850 Spider (both RWD convertibles based on "humble" RWD sedans) the Caravelle has always seemed to be ah 850 inspired car where the Renault designers said to themselves: "...well, I suppose, but wouldn't it look so much better if we extend the front and rear ends needlessly, and then chop both ends off to be completely flat?"
