This is a 2003 Mitsubishi Lancer OZ Rally Edition. It is an AUTOMATIC 4 cylinder.GREAT GAS MILEAGE. It RUNS GREAT!! Power Steering , Crusie, Electric windows, AM/FM CD. Everything works. I can tell you from personal experience it's not a fun DD even with a 5 speed. I can't imagine what it's like with an auto. Also, I don't consider the 24-25 mpg mixed I got particularly great gas mileage.
i bet so, just found it in my daily E30, E36, Miata, GTi craigslist search...
Is your post implying that a traditional econo-car 4 door with 200k miles on it is a good find priced at $1,800? You should be able to beat this deal any day, any time.
I checked Edmunds. That car lists for $2k.
I suspect that maybe you think this car is related to an Evo. In real world terms, it is not.
I find it rather odd that these still had drum brakes and the smallest, crappiest wheels to bear the OZ name....

IIRC, It was an appearance package only. There wasn't really a difference between the OZ Ralliart and the ES.
