My only thought is, why the heck would anyone need a 5-seater/cargo hauler that can't top 25? Not sure I get it.

I never thought I'd see the day! Its a car that makes the Nissan Leaf look absolutely practical!!!
There is a large corporation that has several large campuses in my area, and they use these (or a nearly identical electric van), to shuttle people and supplies around. For that purpose its ideal.
22K is a LITTLE more than $2013. you think we can talk him down?
You could probably get a good deal on some slightly used 787 Dreamliner batteries to give that van more range...
In Minnesota, I guess it makes sense. Most other places I figure that a golf cart would do the job just as well and for much cheaper.
