My friend works for the NYS Court System. When her new boss took over he had the option of buying replacement vehicles, he chose Excursions. Poor Wendy is five foot and ~100 lbs, she HATES them.
Some vehicles you just have to have, police paddy wagons, big fire trucks etc, so it will be interesting to see where they draw the line.
